Brian Nelson is President of the company. Brian received his BS in construction engineering from the University of Nebraska, Omaha in 1994. Before launching his own company, Brian was vice president with a local construction company. The comprehensive construction management process fuels Brian's passion/strength for strategy, ideation and leadership. Brian approaches each project with a client's "return on investment" at the forefront. Being an owner himself plays a pivotal role in his drive to provide each client with the "best experience" and "peace of mind" in their choice to choose Nelson-Hill Contracting.
Craig Hillabrand

Craig Hillabrand is lead project manager for Nelson-Hill. Craig received his BS degree in construction management from the University of Nebraska, Kearney Campus in 2001. Craig was vice president with an Omaha-based construction firm before joining Nelson-Hill in 2009. Craig's leadership in all areas of construction management aligns with the company's goal to be the best general contractor in the area. From assisting a client with value engineering or managing daily job-site operations, Craig leads with a commitment to excellence.
Ed Chambers
Ed Chambers is an office manager for the company. Ed has decades of experience in accounting and office management. He is continually providing real-time information to the field and is an expert in office efficiency.
